    BUILDER/DEVELOPER

    Mark Lovley is President of Lovley Development, Inc., a fully licensed and insured home builder, serving Plantsville, CT and the surrounding areas since 1985. To date, Mark’s company has built more than 1,400 local custom homes in its 36 years.

    Additionally, Lovley Development, Inc. purchases, renovates, and manages various types of commercial properties including, but not limited to; shopping plazas, apartment buildings, and professional office space throughout the state of CT.

    Mark Lovley is also Principal of Newport Realty Group, LLC, a real estate development firm headquartered in Southington, CT.

  • Tony Valenti

    DEVELOPER

    Tony is a licensed real estate Broker, specializing in commercial real estate. Tony manages and owns mixed-use residential/retail properties.

    Additionally, Tony is Managing Member of New England Hotels, LLC, a hotel development company established in 2000, and is a business partner in two Hampton Inn by Hilton Hotels here in Connecticut. 

    Alongside Mark Lovley, Tony is at the forefront of Newport Realty Group, LLC as Principal. Mark and Tony aggressively expanded their portfolio within Connecticut over the past year, and more recently added property management to their offered services.

    REALTOR

    Brent is a licensed Realtor® with a proven track record in real estate marketing, transaction management, and residential sales. His diverse background, combined with his attention to detail and passion for design, makes him a standout professional in the real estate industry.

    Brent discovered his love for staging, lighting, and aesthetics while working for a local photographer during high school. After graduating, he pursued a degree in Business at Butler College in Kansas, where he developed strong leadership skills managing an American Eagle store. His journey also included a successful tenure in banking with Wells Fargo and TD Bank, but his passion for real estate ultimately led him to a new path.

    Brent’s keen sense of style and appreciation for real estate and interior design found a perfect fit at Upton Realty in Manhattan, where he specialized in apartment and condo rentals. Eager to expand his knowledge, he joined Century 21 AllPoints as a Marketing Coordinator, where he honed his expertise in market trends and transaction processes.

    Relocating to Century 21 AllPoints’ corporate headquarters in Southington, Brent took on a pivotal role overseeing real estate transaction management. Over four years, he gained unparalleled insight into the complexities of every type of transaction, solidifying his understanding of the industry. With this wealth of experience, Brent transitioned into residential sales, helping buyers, sellers, and investors achieve their real estate goals.
